You can count on us to thank you for your introduction.
Here is how our realtor partner program works:

• Personally accompany your client to a community sales centre and complete a Realtor Registration Form prior to meeting with one of our Community Managers(refer to conditions on form).
• Albi’s Community Manager will personally go through all of the policies and procedures with you and your clients.
• Albi’s Community Manager will complete all necessary documentation and process the agreement in full.
• Once all conditions are removed and deposits are complete, Albi Homes will pay a referral fee of 3.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance of the purchase price (excluding GST).
