The successful candidate will manage all accounts payable data for timely processing and reporting. You will ensure our suppliers have complied with all Workers’ Compensation Board requirements and liability insurance. In addition, you will process all payroll for the Albi Group as well as RRSP contributions. Other duties will include enrolling all permanent staff on our Health Care and RRSP plans and processing any changes as it relates to both plans. You will manage security This position requires a minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience with a strong attention to detail. You will also possess effective communication skills and be able to respond to all customer calls in a timely manner. Candidates must also have prior experience on the ADP Payroll System and possess a Canadian Payroll Practitioner certification or in the process of completing it. Pursuing an accounting education would also be desirable and encouraged. It takes teamwork and dedication to build a special culture at ALBI. This position requires an individual who can perform moderate physical activities during a 40 hour work week.
