Interior Selections Administrator

The Interior Selections Administrator will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, as well be a highly organized individual who can multi-task. You must be able to liaise with our Customers, Field Team and External Trade Partners. The role consists of scheduling customer appointments, processing selections, change orders. You will be required to work retail hours which consists of Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

Your strong work ethic and dedication will ensure your success in this administrative position with opportunity for advancement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in residential home building industry. Your skill set includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. You are detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines and are a true team player.

Your strong work ethic and knowledge of Residential construction components, budgeting and job cost control will ensure your success in this position. Your industry experience is a minimum of three years in new home construction with a graduate diploma from a recognized Technology Program. Your skill set includes knowledge of NEWSTAR or industry related software programs, agreement review and margin reporting, cost to complete statements, custom price requests, variance review and approval, and the mentoring of junior staff. You are detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and are a true team player.

The Showhome Hostess will be responsible for welcoming customers into the Showhome and assisting the Community Managers and Sales Associates with various sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be professional, personable, positive and a desire to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a part time position working Thursdays from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Previous Showhome work experience is not required, but will be an asset to this position.

Sales Associate

This entry level position is designed to give the aspiring new homes sales professional the experience and training needed to pursue their career. As a Sales Associate you will receive training from the company and your Community Manager with the objective of learning and performing all the duties of the Community Manager.

Daily activities would include meeting and greeting the public, demonstrating homes, data base maintenance and marketing, attending sales meetings and training events. The successful candidate will be a serious individual with a focus on making a career decision.
