The Field Assistant will perform general clean up duties on our community work sites and assist the Construction Team where required. This position requires an individual who can perform moderate physical activities during a 40 hour work week. You must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (fuel allowance will be provided).

Reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager, your ability to coordinate and follow up with trade and supplier partners is your top priority. You must possess excellent time management, communication, Quality Assurance and organization skills as well as strong decision making abilities.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the residential building industry is required, including the ability to read and understand both blue prints and specifications. A solid understanding of the Alberta Building Code is essential. You are a team player who is dedicated to achieve the company’s targets and goals.

Show Home Hostess

Albi Homes Ltd., one of Calgary’s premier builders specializing in the luxury housing market, is seeking a part-time Showhome hostess.

The Showhome Hostess will be responsible for welcoming customers into the Showhome and assisting the Community Managers and Sales Associates with various sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be professional, personable, positive and a desire to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a part time position working Thursdays from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Previous Showhome work experience is not required, but will be an asset to this position.

Sales Associate

This entry level position is designed to give the aspiring new homes sales professional the experience and training needed to pursue their career. As a Sales Associate you will receive training from the company and your Community Manager with the objective of learning and performing all the duties of the Community Manager.

Daily activities would include meeting and greeting the public, demonstrating homes, data base maintenance and marketing, attending sales meetings and training events. The successful candidate will be a serious individual with a focus on making a career decision.
